Lost in Czech

I was anxiously awaiting the arrival of my personally designed custom Flying Paul - the Les Paul and Flying V hybrid I dreamt up and had commissioned. I was.
Until I got the news that my dream guitar was accidentally shipped to a customer on the Czech republic.
Whoa, somebody is going to get a surprise!
Now time is running out. I have less than half a day to open a dispute, which I don't want to do but it may be the only way to get my money back. I don't mind ordering a new guitar and waiting another three to four months, but I don't want to lose my investment.
Keep your ears and eyes open, and come back here to see if I get news from my seller.

*Update!
I received the guitar less than 4 months after this post. The fit and finish are simply awesome. It feels like a Custom LP made by Epiphone. The electronics are okay - they definitely don't need to be replaced. Overall, I am more than happy with this instrument.
